These are uncooked snacks made either from Wheat or Sago or Potato and exported/sold under name of Far Far in different shapes like Chokdi, Star, Square, Tube, Stick, Sago Jali Coloured, Sago Papdi, Sago Round, Potato Jali, Potato Sali. These are uncooked Wheat Snacks.
FarFar Chokdi: Wheat Flour (88%), Tapioca Starch (12%), Salt (2%) and E102, E110, E122, E124, E133
FarFar Potato Stick/Jali: Potato Flour and Starch
Farfar Sago Round/Jali: Sago Flour, Salt, E102, E110, E122, E133. It is used after frying as follows
Use a Wok or a Deep Fryer. Immerse about 30/40g of pellets in Vegetable Oil at a Temperature approx 190C for 9-12 Seconds. Remove with a slotted Spoon and drain on Kitchen Paper.
