We use a unique multi-stage
grinding process to regulate any excess heat generation so the produce
does not begin to “roast”. During this process we take great care to
ensure the powder has a uniform mess size and also make sure that loss
of volatile oils and ash content is kept to a minimum so that colour,
aroma and taste do not get affected. Our machinery is always cleaned and
checked before and after any usage, to ensure there is no physical or
chemical contamination from inside or outside the machine. This process
is carried out in a well-ventilated room to prevent dust problem and
also ensure the healthy environment for workers.
