Grading of the products usually takes place during the cleaning process. We use both mechanical and manual grading processes, as per suitability of the product, to achieve desired grade matching with our customers’ specifications/ need. This is an essential process, which is necessary to maintain the uniformity of the product. Produces can be graded by size, density, color, shape and flavor.
